Enrollment Process

• STEP1

  Request Information or Consult with Our Staff (Recommended: 6 to 3 months before enrollment)

  

  At Cebu English School, we offer a wide range of courses tailored to your goals and English level. If you would like support choosing the right course, we provide ZOOM counseling sessions at any time. Please feel free to contact us.

• STEP2

  Official Enrollment

  

  Please complete your enrollment through our online application page.

  If you do not have a passport yet, please apply for one as early as possible. Most nationalities can enter the Philippines visa-free for up to 30 days, but please check with the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in your home country for accurate information.

  If your stay exceeds 30 days, our school will assist you with the visa extension process after your arrival.
• STEP3

  Flight Ticket & Study Abroad Insurance Arrangements

  

  Please arrange your flight tickets and insurance alongside your school preparations.
  During peak seasons such as summer or year-end holidays, flight prices may increase significantly from more than six months in advance. If you already have a fixed schedule, we recommend securing your ticket 6–12 months before departure.

  Enrollment at Cebu English School requires all students to have overseas travel insurance.

  If your credit card includes travel insurance, you may use it; however, please make sure to check the coverage details directly with your credit card provider.
• STEP4

  Payment (1 Month Before) & Issuance of Letter of Acceptance

  

  Please complete your tuition payment at least one month before your intended start date.

  Your Letter of Acceptance will be issued once your payment has been confirmed.
• STEP5

  Final Preparation & Departure!

  

  Two to three weeks before departure, we will send you the “Travel Confirmation Sheet.” After completing your final preparations, it’s time to depart for your study abroad experience!
